Suggestions and Tips for In Person Tutors
In Person tutors who are logging their own sessions in the platform from their Tutor Dashboard can see the following tips if experiencing a technical issue.
- Please make sure that you are signed into the Littera Platform with the correct email account credential.
- Please ensure that your computer operating system and browser have both been updated to their latest version.
- Please refresh your browser page to see if this action helps to mitigate issues.
- Please try clearing your browser cache and then proceed to try Step 3 again.
- Please try quitting any other apps or programs not needed during the time you are logging sessions to help preserve your network bandwidth.
- Try completely restarting/rebooting your computer device.
- If logging in-person sessions using the mobile app, please ensure that the app has been updated to the latest version.
Tips for Editing Sessions
Note: Sessions that have been updated to Completed status cannot be edited by tutors.
- In Person tutors can edit sessions that are still in Confirmed status. Once a tutor logs a session, if the tutor does not immediately submit feedback/attendance data, the session will remain in Confirmed status for about 7 days, per the scheduled date of the session. (This 7 day window only applies to in-person sessions that are initially scheduled by program coordinators in the platform). In person tutors who are scheduling/adding their own sessions can disregard the 7 day window timeframe at this time. Also, when logging a session, if the session logged is a past session, the tutor can click the Add Feedback button immediately after logging the session to begin submitting their feedback/attendance data.
- While in Confirmed status, the tutor can edit session information such as the student participants, along with the date and time details prior to submitting feedback/attendance data. Once feedback and attendance data is submitted, the session will be locked to preserve historic data.
- In Person tutors can find their sessions on their Tutor Dashboard. Confirmed sessions still requiring feedback will appear in the Sessions Missing Feedback area. Tutors can select a session to open the session overview page. Then they can click the Edit Session button to begin editing the session as needed. Tutors can also Cancel the session if needed as well, while in Confirmed Status.

Reminder: When logging sessions, tutors should ensure that they are selecting the correct student participants, and entering the correct date and time details.
Create Multiple Sessions Simultaneously

In Person tutors can create multiple sessions at once by clicking the Add Dates button. This workflow allows in person tutors to log several sessions with the same students to save time.
- On the review page before clicking the Finish button, tutors can check their session information details to ensure they have entered the correct session data. (Check the participant information as well as the session dates and times.)
- Tutors can click the Previous button to make changes if needed before clicking the Finish button.
