Log In-Person Sessions
Program Managers and Organization Admins can allow district Tutors to log their own sessions.
Log an in-person session
Tutors can log in-person sessions:
- Sign in to Littera.
- From the Dashboard, click Add Session.
- Under Session Details:
- Select the appropriate program.
- Select the Date and Time of the session.
- Click Add Dates to add multiple sessions.
- Click Next.
- Individual students and cohort groups are listed on the Select Participants tab. Click + next to the participant or cohort to add them to the session.
- Selections appear on the right side under Review Selections. Click - to remove selections.
- Click Next.
- If using skill-tracking (above), under Add Skills:
- Select the Skills worked on during the session.
- Click Apply Selections.
- Indicate which skill was the Primary Skill worked on during the session.
- Click Next.
- Review and click Finish.
Once the end time has passed, tutors can start adding feedback on the session by clicking on the session from the Dashboard under Sessions Missing Feedback.
Enter attendance & feedback
Once the session is created, Tutors can record attendance and feedback for the session after the scheduled end time, or come back later when it’s convenient:
- Log a past session, or select the session under Sessions missing feedback.
- Click Enter Feedback.
- Under Attendance:
- Enter Student-specific feedback.
- Click Next
- Under Session Notes:
- Enter feedback for the session overall.
- Click Submit.
