Accessing your reports

The Littera TMS includes a suite of built-in reports, which Admins and Program Managers can access anytime for overall summaries or granular details about tutoring sessions within their organizations.

To access these reports, sign into Littera, click Reports in the side navigation menu, and choose your report:

Four reports are available:

Attendance

This report bridges the gap between the plan and the reality of your tutoring programs and answers the questions:

• Who is actually getting tutored?
• How does the attendance compare to the prescribed dosage of tutoring?

The Attendance report includes the following sections:

• SESSIONS BY STATUS AND DAY: A visualization of sessions by day, color-coded by session status and overlaid with the daily student attendance rate.
• OVERALL DOSAGE, ATTENDANCE & ENGAGEMENT: Aggregate tutoring metrics summarized by program, student school, or student class.
• STUDENT-LEVEL DOSAGE & ATTENDANCE: Key tutoring metrics by student, which you can filter by the number of sessions each student was enrolled in.  Students with poor attendance or low skill mastery are highlighted.
• STUDENT ATTENDANCE TIMELINE: Individual students' attendance rates over time, with your preferred grouping.
• STUDENT ENGAGMENT TIMELINE: Individual students' engagement rates over time, with your preferred grouping.

The Attendance report may be filtered by:

• Time Zone
• Session Dates
• Click Other Filters to filter by:
  • Program Status
  • Program Name
  • Student School
  • Student Grade
  • Student Section
  • Student Name
• Choose the Preferred Student ID to use:
  • External User ID
  • Student Number
  • State ID
  • Littera User ID

There are additional filters and grouping options in each section.

Skills & Mastery

This report goes beyond just “Completed Sessions” and helps you understand student progress. This report shows which standards are sticking and which ones need a second look and answers the questions:

• What skills are students learning in the sessions they attend?
• What skills are challenging students across the board?

The Skills & Mastery report includes the following sections:

• SKILLS STUDENTS FIND CHALLENGING: A breakdown of all skills taught in one or more sessions students attended. 
• OVERALL SKILL SUMMARY: A breakdown of all skills covered in sessions students attended, by your preferred grouping.
• STUDENT SKILL TIMELINE: The specific skills students covered over time, with your preferred grouping.
• SKILL DOSAGE BY STUDENT: The cumulative attended session hours, engagement rates, and current mastery levels students had for specific skills.

Student Profile

Understand a student’s journey through tutoring. This report aggregates every session, every skill covered, and every mastery milestone into one narrative. It’s the ultimate tool for IEP meetings or parent-teacher conferences and answers the questions:

• What programs is the student enrolled in? What sessions are they in?
• How long have they been in tutoring?
• How is their attendance and engagement?
• How is their skill progression?

The Student Profile report includes the following sections:

• SESSION SUMMARY: An overview of this student's tutoring sessions, by your preferred grouping.
• SKILL SUMMARY: A breakdown of all skills this student has covered in attended sessions.
• SESSIONS: A detailed list of all session this student was enrolled in.
• ENROLLMENT SUMMARY: All classes this student has in Littera, and the tutoring programs (if any) each student has been enrolled in through those classes.

The Student Profile report may be filtered by:

• Time Zone
• Student  Name (with ID)
• Choose the Preferred Student ID to use:
  • External User ID
  • Student Number
  • State ID
  • Littera User ID

There are grouping options in each section.

Session Details

This is your quick answers tool. When a parent or principal asks exactly what happened in a specific math group last Thursday, the answer is a few clicks away.

Answers the questions:

• Who is enrolled in a certain tutoring session?
• What happened in a session on X date?
• What is happening next week?

The Session Details report includes the following section:

• TUTORING SESSION DETAILS: Provides details on all students enrolled in all sessions meeting your filters.

  • Student School
  • Student Grade

Exporting report content

To export any component of any report to your preferred file format, hover over the menu icon in its upper right corner and click "Export":

A variety of file formats are available depending on which visualization you choose to export, including:
