New session feedback experience
We’ve updated the form used to collect session feedback from Tutors and Students.
When creating or editing a program, the Session Feedback tab allows organizations to set the Student survey level and ensure language is appropriate for their reading level. Options include:
Note: The default level is Intermediate. Edit the program to change this for sessions going forward.
Tutor surveys now ask student-specific questions, which allows organizations to more closely follow a student’s learning progress.
Visible organization names
Organization names now appear in the Account menu, along with the user’s name, role(s), and a link to the Support Help Center.
Organization Admins now receive notifications for the programs they create, like Program Managers do.
