Student Online Sessions
Students can access virtual tutoring sessions from their Dashboard.
- Sign in.
- The next upcoming session appears on the left.
- Click Join Now.
The Lobby
- From the individual virtual lobby, grant access to your Camera and Microphone.
- Choose the specific devices to use for the session.
- Click Join.
- At the session start time, the student is brought into the virtual classroom.
Use the Whiteboard

The top toolbar contains all the tools you'll need:
- Color Picker
- Select Tool
- Move Canvas
- Draw/Pen Tool
- Highlighter
- Erase Tool
- Shapes & Lines
- Add Text
- Equation Tool
- Upload File
- Take video snapshot
- Change Whiteboard Background
- Undo
- Redo
- Whiteboard Zoom
- Some settings and more are in the bottom right, including:
- Settings: Change or test your devices, turn on advanced noise cancellation, blur your background, and troubleshoot technology issues
- Share Screen: Share either a specific browser tab, window, or your entire computer screen
- Mute Microphone
- Stop Video
- Emojis
- Chat: Choose to send a chat to the entire class or just to your tutor
At the end of each session, students are asked to rate the session overall
