Confirm that you are accessing the login page by going to login.litteraeducation.com/yourschoolname or go to login.litteraeducation.com and search for your Organization.
Make sure you're logging in properly. Depending on your district or organization’s setup, you may log in using your social account, or using your Littera credentials.
Make sure there aren't any extra spaces and that all letters are properly capitalized.
Virtual session issues
Make sure the browser has access to Camera and Microphone.

Contact Littera Support
School or organizational staff can reach out to Support by clicking the Contact Support link in the top right of this screen. You’ll be prompted to sign in with your Zendesk credentials.
If you do not have credentials, contact your school or learning center.
