How To Submit Feedback - Tutors

Tutors can submit feedback on sessions.
Enter narrative feedback
- After a session ends, the feedback form is available.
- A survey appears with the following question:
- How did the session go?

Tutors then answer questions specific to each student:
- How did the session go for this student?
- Does the student need more time on this topic? If so, where would you start the next session?
- What feedback would you like to share with the student’s teacher or future tutor?
- What feedback would you like to share with the student’s parent?
- Click Submit.
Enter skill-tracking feedback
- After a session ends, the feedback form is available.
- Under Add Skills:
- Select the Skill(s) worked on during the session and click Apply Selections.
- Designate a Primary Skill.
- Click Next.

Attendance:
- For each student, indicate their Skill Progression and Engagement.
- Enter specific StudentFeedback.
- In-Person Sessions: Indicate a student was absent by toggling the button next to their name.
- Click Next.
- Under Session Notes:
- Describe what you covered and where you left off
- Click Submit.
Submit feedback for past sessions
Tutors can also submit feedback on past sessions they couldn’t complete surveys for:
- Sign in to Littera.
- The Dashboard opens.
- Choose a session under Sessions missing feedback.
- Click Provide Feedback.
- Fill out the survey.
- Select Finish.
