Decline a Session - Tutors

In the event that they are unavailable for a particular upcoming session, Tutors can decline sessions from the My Calendar section of the Tutor Dashboard.

1. Sign in to Littera.
2. The Dashboard opens.
3. Click My Calendar.
4. The My Calendar section opens to the current week.
   • Navigate to different weeks using the arrows.
5. Click on the session.
6. Select Can’t attend.
7. In the confirmation window, choose Yes. Can’t attend.
   
   • Choose Nevermind to keep the session as scheduled.

The session no longer displays on My Calendar.

Note: Admins and Program Managers who have opted into receiving notifications for the program, will receive a system generated notification of the decline and the session now has a status of Pending. A new tutor can be scheduled, or the session can be canceled.

Tutors can also decline sessions from the Tutor Dashboard.

1. Sign in to Littera.
2. The Dashboard opens.
3. Scroll to see all of Your sessions.
4. Click on the session.
5. Select Can’t attend.
6. In the confirmation window, choose Yes. Can’t attend.
   
   • Choose Nevermind to keep the session as scheduled.

The session no longer displays under Your sessions.
