At the start of the session, ensure students:
Start sessions on time by logging into the Littera platformand clicking Join Now
Have their cameras enabled and are clearly visible on screen
Have paper/pencil or individual whiteboard in front of them to support independent work during sessions
Can see the virtual whiteboard
If students see a “Window resolution” error, try minimizing the browser window

During sessions:
Ensure students keep cameras and microphones on throughout sessions
While monitoring the classroom you should be able to see the students video on their screen and hear them speaking with their tutor
Paying attention and engaging with the tutor
Remaining logged in and connected for the duration of the session
Being respectful towards the tutor and fellow students
Classroom tips for successful sessions:
Have working, assigned headphones for each student with a few replacements on hand
Consider spacing and number of students in the room, arranging desks/tables in a way that minimizes distractions
Set early expectations for student behavior
Keep classroom noise to a minimum so students and tutors can hear each other during the session
