Littera Tutor Expectations
At Littera, our expectations are based on three domains: Professionalism, Delivery of Instruction and Compliance. Below is the matrix listing our expectations and what constitutes being undeveloped, emerging, developed or exemplary in the expectation.

| Upholding high standards of personal and professional conduct at all times, and refraining from any immoral or indecent behavior. | Tutors are expected to arrive on time for all scheduled sessions and to promptly report any absences or late arrivals to tutorsupport@litteraeducation.com | Tutors are expected to arrive on time for all scheduled sessions. If a tutor is going to be absent for a session, they should decline at least 24 hours in advance and promptly report their reason to tutorsupport@litteraeducation.com | A tutor late declines a session and/or does not arrive on time for a scheduled session. Delivery of Instruction | A stable and reliable internet connection, with camera and microphone on during sessions | Tutors should have a stable and reliable internet connection. This can be determined by the number of drops that a session has, by observations from Littera staff and/or by reports from our partners | The session has more than one drop and/or consistent lagging. | Remain alert, engaged, and fully attentive throughout their scheduled sessions and work hours | Tutors should constantly be engaged and engage the students in their session. Tutors and students should have their cameras on in the session pending extenuating circumstances that have been discussed prior. | Able to conduct a session appropriately in the platform with no outside distractions | Tutors should know how to log into the platform and access the appropriate curriculum. They should be able to enter the session and deliver the session using the basic functions of the Littera platform (sharing screen, whiteboard). In addition, they should be in a quiet location that enables them to deliver the session effectively. | A tutor is unable to access their curriculum and/or the Littera platform to the point where it interferes with the session being executed. Compliance | Tutors are expected to maintain the integrity of all company records and documents, and must not make any alterations without proper authorization | Tutors should not company property for personal purposes. | Failing to observe security, safety, hygiene, dress code, or similar rules or guidelines of the Company | Tutors should ensure that students feel safe throughout the session. Dress as you would for an in-person tutoring session and prioritize a professional presentation. Ensure your clothes are clean and wrinkle-free.
