Submitting A Support Ticket About A Student
Tutors can submit a support ticket to the help desk team at Littera by emailing tutorsupport@litteraeducation.com.
When referring to a specific session, tutors should indicate:
- The date and time of the session
- The student’s first initial and last name (A. Smith)

The school or program name (Program names are accessed from the tutor dashboard)
- When tutors click into a session, program name is one the first boxes in the top row.
- A summary of the request or item
Caution: In order to protect student data privacy we ask that tutors not include the student's full name in written communications. Littera is able to identify the student from the first initial and last name.
